I have one of these and they are just great especially if you have to run from one unit to another. There is enough room for pens and keys.

I would give this five stars, but I agree, it does get heavy and cumbersome at times. It keeps you save within HIPPA guidelines of keeping patient info secure. This is a good investment if you care for many patients or for new grads who need lots of info to carry with them. You can also tape cheat sheets (heparin drips, etc) on the inside so you always have them with you.

seems so bulky to me, I guess I should try it before I knock it. I see so many people with them, holds everything.

This would be great for any student! I loved how when you are doing care plans and everything can be kept organized and not a lot of loose paper or notebooks to carry around. Believe me, when you hit the floor doing clinicals, this is the way to go!

I had one of these when i was in school and it lasted through two years of lectures, labs and clinicals. Some also come with handy dandy calculators on the top for drug calculations. I loved this thing. It holds a lot of paper and has seperate compartments for pens, pencils, pen lights, money for lunch, sticky note pads. You name it!

I just got one and think that it's great. I am taking classes at home and my desk is pretty small,so I use it on almost a daily basis. I find it easier to remember where my notebook is if it's tucked away in there!

I got a cheap one from wal-mart and it is awsome! I use it to do homework cause it also has a calculator and I can heep my notes close to me while I do my homework and extra pencils, lead, and erasers in the same spot. I can't sit in one spot so it is great when I move from the floor to the couch to the table. I plan on using it when I start my nursing classes.
