I like this one, I got a different one when I got into school and discovered it was not very complete, bought this one in my 2nd yr and like it a whole lot more. More complete!

The Davis's Drug Guide for Nurses is what my nursing school require that we use. It's really great for a nursing student. It not only has everything about a drug, it also has nursing imiplications, potential nursing diagnoses, patient/family teaching, etc. This info is really helpful when you are doing your patient care plans. I have looked at some other drug guides, but this one by far is the best and most informative.

My school requires this drug guide, too. It is wonderful. Just about everything you need to do your care plans. I've also got the electrionic version downloaded on my PDA.

This is the book that I used in nursing school (the 2006 version), I also had Lippincott's drug book also, but this book was much easier to understand

I was required to have this edition in Nursing School.. Loved it. I still never go anywhere without it. Whether it is my car or in my work bag.

I have this and loved it so much, I bought the Med-Deck as well. You can actually take the CD-Rom and print out your drug cards for clinicals if you don't want to buy the cards.

I have this book from nursing school as well and always carry with me in the clinical class.
Also, I found easy to review all drug names, s/s, nursing intervensions in short time.

Bought this book once I began working. Even though each floor has a drug book, they keep asking to use mine I keep this book w/me at all times at work. It is highly recommended, convenient, comprehensive and easy to use.
