I got the 2oo6 version of this book while I was in nursing school ( all the nursing students got a copy of this drug book). It is excellent; I take it to work and use this book instead of the one that we have at the nurses station. It is excellent!

I use this book all the time as a student and in getting information on the meds my gparents are taking. I don't know what I'd do without it! Although, I paid a lot more than $30 through school for it. ;-(

I have the Prentice Hall Nurse's Drug Guide 2008 with a PDA download access card but when I downloaded the drug guide it says my last update was 05/01/2007. This has been very useful to me as I used it often as a Med Aide. The information is right there at my fingertips or shall I say the tip of the stylus.
