I use my TX every night at work. I keep all my med times with alarms so I never miss a med or treatment. The Note program is great to jot down information as it keeps track of the time for you.

I don't know for sure what the Palm Tx is. ( is it a phone or computer?) I have a Palm Pre and love it. Screen size is perfect for me and the keypad is standard key pad, easy to use. Audio is great and very fast internet speed. Great storage space also. I often am heard saying "have I mentioned lately how much a like my phone?"
