My 50 year old brother-in-law has stage IV melanoma, he was diagnosed last May and started on the clinical trial for this drug in October 2010, he is doing WONDERFUL!!!! His tumors have actually disappeared or shrank, he has minimual side effects-some joint pain, fatigue and sensitivity to the sun. He still works full-time and enjoys being with the family. Our family is truly thankful for all the research that is being done for melanoma patients. I am certain he wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for this new drug. Thank God!!!!!!!
