This article is very unclear and the reason I say this is the population they're speaking of the colonists or the aboriginal or a combination? There is a wide desparity in cultures here. Regardless, I think all should have access to the morning after pill to prevent unwanted pregnancy. As well as education to prevent further pregnancy.

This is so ridiculous. We should be teaching these kids to abstain, not to do it and we'll help you take care of it. I can't imagine being a nurse and passing out pills to kids without the parents knowledge.
