I am doing so research on Steroid Psychosis, which is not a very common topic, and I found this article to be quite interesting.  As nurses we are taught not to give into our patients dilusions but here they did and it seemed to work.  Each case should be treated on what is best for the patient & situation.

    The best thing to do for anybody going through steroid psychosis is to call their GI and their GP, leaving a detailed message about what's going on, and that they need urgent help. Hopefully, one of them will get back immediately with professional advice. I checked SteroidSources.com and I found out that steroid psychosis is a very rare affliction and that it's a tricky diagnosis, easily to be mistaken for something else.
