Ok so i made my final decision and I am definitely going for my RN. Right now I am starting to look at my old anatomy books and nursing books, because @ one point i was going for my LPN. Are there any groups online that help you be more involved with Nursing, and helps you understand the fundamentals of it? Or what can I do to get myself more familiarize with Nursing. LPN was not easy for me, but I decided to give myself the challenge and go straight for my RN, because that is truly what I want to be. So any tips? How can i stay completed motivated during nursing school to achieve my goal?

Glad to see you are keeping your dreams alive. Best of luck as you head towards becoming a RN. I graduated last year and passed my boards the first time around and I'm now working as a RN at a local hospital. Nursing school wasn't easy for me. You just have to push and push yourself. Stay focused and study. Study groups helped me a lot. Just look to the future and see yourself working as a RN......that should be motivation enough.

Yes it is a lot of school to become a NP. You will need your BSN and the MSN. I am glad you are going to give it a try though. It is all worth it in the end. Nursing school is not easy but it can be done. Good luck.
