Ingredients

1) 3 pounds of new potatoes scrubbed

2) 2 medium of vidala onions chopped

3) 2/3stick of butter

4) 1 1/2 cupsof ranch dressing

5) 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

6) 1 lb of bacon cooked and crumbled

7) salt,pepper,and garlic to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1) Steam and boil potatoes until tender

2) cut potaotes into quarters and set into casserole dish

3) next saute onion in butter pour onions over potaotos

4) drizzle ranch dressing over potatos top with graded cheese and bacon

5) Bake at 350 fo 20 to 30 mins..
