hi. im a bit confused over here. Im a blue passport holder. then i passed the application to the BON. they send me back a letter saying i need a photocopy of a license where i was educated(philippines). being a blue passport holder, i dont think you will be able to take the licensure in the Philippines but still i was able to do so.

when i applied, i did send a letter of explanation why i dont have a license. problem is i indicated it there that i took the board exam here in the philippines and waiting for its results.

still i rcvd a letter from the BON.

what should i do? needing your urgent point on this one.
