Hi everybody,

I've been noticing this since a long time, and today i am going to post it here and see if somebody knows anything about it.

WHY BLACK PEOPLE HAVE THE SKIN AROUND THEIR GENITAL MORE DARKER THAN THE REST OF THE BODY.

Is that mean that they have more melanin at these areas? If yes, why are they so, since these part are not directly expose to the sun rays.
