Let's see....My 3 things would be (1) a really good book that I would not mind reading over and over (2) a picture of my family so I could remember them (3) and my Bible.

My girlfriend, a blanket, and a knife (perferably like the one Charlita suggests but I guess as long as it is sharp)

1. i would take my husband- cause on a deserted island there are no distractions..lol.. i know it sounds dirty but trust me it isnt..lol. and obviously brae would go- i would die with out my baby.
2. i would take a first aid/ emergency kit- those are always so great to have
3. i would take some of those heater meals. they arent to bad..

Lets see, my husband he is very capable and could come in highly handy, a good utility knife-as others said full of useful tools, and some really good boots- your feet don't work and you are in trouble.

hhhhmmmm...this is tough. On a serious note, I'd have to bring my family, a knife (machete?), and a first aid kit.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, worn out and screaming "Woo-hoo"!!!

on a lighter note, I love JennaJay's idea...only not George Clooney (not that he's not attractive at all) but someone younger (trainable?) Orlando Bloom maybe?

I would bring my significant other, he has a great sense of humor and he's also very handy, my kids, and my dog. This is of course thinking that the island would have banana and coconut trees, plenty of places to fish, and sand. Gotta have sand to make sand castles, silly.

Let's see . . .I'd bring my boyfriend (leave my son where he's safe at home and not stranded with me), a satellite phone complete w/ GPS system, and a BOAT!!!

Don't get me wrong, I love my son, but if I was escaping the island within a day or two then I wouldn't want him to possibly be in jeopardy of the trip home. He can stay with his dad while I'm getting some alone, quiet, relaxing time with the man I love. And if he couldn't be there, then Kenny Chesney would have to do. He loves the islands anyway. :)

you guys have lots of great things to take. lets say the island has no means of providing food except by hunting. no fishing and not natural fruits. plenty of plants by which you have no idea of poisonous ...hmmm,,,, strive to survive.
