Is it a standardized test?  Generally, no calculators are allowed on those, and one school that I found online that had students take it as a nursing pre-req said no.

In any case, I'd suspect that even if calculators were allowed, graphing calculators are not, since they are so totally programmable - the general fear is that less than scrupulous folks will put in the formulas for drug calculations etc.
