You cannot please everybody in the world. When the mind is drawn within and you are absorbed in the Self, you will be unaffected by what people say about you. Be true to the Atman within you." – Swami Ramdas |

| Posted about 2 years ago You are right Teresah, friends are the persons they will love you, whatever you are., they will not expect anything from friends, just love each other and when need arises they will feel for them, do maximum help. But in my experience I had few people so called friends, always they used to hurt me and finds faults in my behaviour., eventhough I get hurt, I used to introspect myself., their criticism made me to grow up in a better way., that moment it hurts, but it shapens me, as unavoidable situations to overcome problem, I used to do hard work and shine myself, which they never thought in that way, so I used to acknowledge them, the back force of this achievement is so and so., I feel Constructive Criticism is always helpful., but it should not hurt the persons, tell smoothly, as we are well wishers of them, try to shapen them in a better way, i follow this in my life when I have any interaction., Thank You |

| Posted about 2 years ago There are four stages of God-consciousness. First, by total surrender, the ego is dissolved completely. Egolessness means realization of the all-pervading Spirit or God. We know that we and that Spirit are one. After that comes the universal vision of the Divine everywhere. The whole universe is seen as the expression of that Spirit. We see God everywhere. In the third stage we see the manifest and the unmanifest as two aspects of One Truth which is both and yet beyond both. It is unthinkable, incomprehensible and inexpressible. We can express something about the dynamic and the static aspects, that is, the Reality with form and without form, but that which is beyond these is incomprehensible and inexpressible. God is at once dynamic, static and transcendent. Even after realizing this supreme Godhead, there is a fourth stage in which we maintain a relationship with Him. It is purely personal. It is the best and sweetest relationship. We become one with God and yet we remain His child, servant or lover--two in One and One in two.

God is not responsible for the sorrow and the pain that one experiences. The sins one commits are the cause of the grief one suffers. Joy and sorrow are the consequences of the good and the evil that one perpetrates. God is merely a witness. He does not punish, nor does He create grief. The jivi (individual soul) is without a beginning, that is to say, it has no birth; but it involves itself in incessant activity and so it has to go through the inevitable consequences of that activity. This is the unbreakable law of the objective world. Grief or joy is the image of the activity one engages in; it is the resound, the reflection, and the reaction. One can be the witness without concerning oneself with the good and the bad of the activity. When involvement happens, good will have to be experienced when good is done, similarly evil will have to be undergone when evil is done. - Sathya Sai Vahini, Chap 8, "Bondage". |

| Posted about 2 years ago "Take the first step in faith, you don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step" Trust the Universe, Trust & Believe & have faith Eg: Think, you determined to travel to a specific place, driving during night, the head lights only go a 100 - 200 ft forward, and you can make it all the way from Chennai to NewDelhi driving through the dark, because all you will see is the next 200 ft, and that's how life tends to unfold before us. If we just trust that the next 200 ft, will unfold after that, and the next 200 ft will unfold after that, your life will keep unfolding. It will eventually get you the destination of whatever it is you truly want, because you want it. |

| Posted about 2 years ago We cannot think without words. Words are the essential material for thought. When the individual drops the body, the words enter the mind; the mind enters the Prana or the Life Force and the Prana merges in the Atma. When the Atma (individual soul) liberates itself it rushes to Surya Loka, the region of the Solar Principle. From there, it reaches Brahma Loka, the region of Brahma, the Supreme One. Having reached that region, the jivatma (individualized Atma) has no more concern with Prakriti, or the objective world. It will exist there till the end of time. It will experience boundless delight and have all powers except the powers of creation. |

| Posted about 2 years ago It is a mistake to divide the world into the East and the West. The planet we live in is one, humanity is one and God is one. All have come from one God. If only we remember this, there will be no room for strife. The most deplorable thing is that we are fighting even in the name of religion or God. The fight is really for power and pelf. All the great Teachers have taught the same Truth and preached the same gospel of Love.

| Posted about 2 years ago God's happiness lies in the happiness of all. God does not need anything special for Himself. If you are truly happy, God will be happy. Whatever you do, let it be for the peace, welfare and happiness of all beings. God will surely bestow happiness upon you by correcting and forgiving your faults. You must live in unity and love. The Panchapranas are nothing but Truth, Righteousness, Peace, Love and Non-Violence. Where there is truth, there will be righteousness. Where there is righteousness, there will be peace. Where there is peace, there will be love. Where truth and love coexist, everything else will be added unto that person., HAPPINESS FINDS IN UNITY, NOT IN DIVERSITY |
