Let this day be the one when ............


we try to take only pictures (and not those other million things)

we leave only foot prints (not carbon foot prints)

we make some 'silent' resolutions and actually follow them

we take our eyes off the computer screen and look around

we take our ears off the earphones and listen to the sounds around

we use our hands for things other than texting and tweeting

we walk or bike/cycle more and use less gas

we eat 'just a bit' less than how much we think we should

we say what we mean (or be quiet) and not double-talk

we sit down for 1 minute each night in bed contemplating the day

we just 'give' more than we 'take'

we acknowledge (within us) that there are people smarter than us

we finally realize world would not come to a standstill without us


come on guys ... let us try to learn one thing - BE OPEN !!!
