I am 37 years old and I am trying to go to community college with 3 kids and a husband. I just found out that both of the Community colleges have waiting lists of 2-3 years after you have finished the pre-req's. So I would like to work in the medical field again before I am retirement age.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get through the Nursing hurdle quickly? I keep hearing that there is a shortage of qualified nurses but there is no effort on supplying adequat training for people to become a nurse... I am open to suggestions.
