I am a Student RN and 4th semester with a preceptor, I continue running for 12 hours and not knowing  much about needs of my patients, I realized I need to make a change, I need to disengage a bit from tasks and find small amounts of time with the pt's --and enjoy that time----

but how do you realistically do that?
