I am fresh out of high school. Completeing gen eds at a community college at this point. I am VERY interested in a profession in a medical field of some sort. Im not sure if I want to be a nurse, im my mind i keep saying 'why stop there?'. I want to be the highest ranked nurse possible, next to a PhD. I dont care about the schooling, what I see is the longer the better. But I also DO NOT want to work in a doctors office! I want to be in the hospital, interacting wit patients, just the excitement of never knowing whats going to come the the door next, i love it! I plan on finishing 2 years at the community college im at and transfering to a University. My problem is, is i dont know what kind of medical nurse that is? I just cant find a name for what i am interested in. I plan on getting a degree in biology as a starter. ANY ADVICE???

You need to spend some time in a hospital to what nurses actually do.  Only then will you truly know what you want.
