Men Are Just Happier People-- What do you expect from such simple creatures. Your last name stays put. The garage is all yours. Wedding plans take care of themselves. Chocolate is just another snack. You can be President. You can never be pregnant. You can wear a white T-shirt to a water park. You can wear NO shirt to a water park. Car mechanics tell you the truth. The world is your urinal. You never have to drive to another gas station restroom because this one is just too icky. You don't have to stop and think of which way to turn a nut on a bolt. Same work, more pay. Wrinkles add character. Wedding dress $5000. Tux rental-$100. People never stare at your chest when you're talking to them. New shoes don't cut, blister, or mangle your feet.

One mood all the time.

> Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat. You know stuff about tanks. A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase. You can open all your own jars. You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness. If someone forgets to invite you, he or she can still be your friend.

> Your underwear is $8.95 for a three-pack. Three pairs of shoes are more than enough. You almost never have strap problems in public. You are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes. Everything on your face stays its original color. The same hairstyle lasts for years, maybe decades. You only have to shave your face and neck.

> You can play with toys all your life. One wallet and one pair of shoes -- one color for all seasons. You can wear shorts no matter how your legs look. You can 'do' your nails with a pocket knife. You have freedom of choice concerning growing a moustache.

> You can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives on December 24 in 25 minutes.

> No wonder men are happier.

actually they are finding that more women actually  have  more heart attacks, wereas it is THOUGHT that more men do.  women have atypical symptoms and are just "brushed" aside by the medical community saying that it is just hormones or stress.

more women die each year because of heart related issues than men because of that.

that is funny...................I buy shoes because I think they are so cute, but I hate to wear shoes, so I have a lot of shoes that I have never even worn outside of the store.  I have about 5 pairs at my front door and they are the ones I wear daily.

hmmm...most of these I would agree with but a few of them...eh

Last pair of sandals I bought blistered my feet to hell and gone.

I have 10 pairs of shoes. Sorry Gitano, 5 pair wouldn't cut it for me. LOL

I'm not a big talker but I tell you some of my closest friends can out talk anyone women I know. LOL

But really the best one on the list that really gave me a chuckle and I do have to whole heartedly agree to is the shopping for 25 people on the 24th of December for Christmas! LOL

The most expensive pair of shoes I own cost $50.00, and they are my work shoes.  I buy shoes that are on sale for less than $10.00 at Walmart unless I have to wear them for work.  I don't think I could buy a pair of boots that cost that much for everyday use muchless for a costume, but they do sound nice.  I always wanted thigh high boots............................... (to go with my whip  LOL)

Can you beleive that I got over $2,000 dollars for those boots in the raffle, well I donated the money to the AIDS Youth Foundation, in addition, the person that won lives here and her husband wears a size 8" so she's gonna have to explain to her hubby why she bought them  *grin*

if he wears a size 8......................then why did she buy them? (lol, I did say did meaning that it had previously occurred LOL)

I am a bad girl

I just read this for the first time.  Several very good points.

A word of warning about the urinal comments.  My wife is one of those who squats over a public toilet, so that she does not have to sit on it.

No more.  Last August, she was standing up from the squatting position and tore her left medial meniscus and gastrocnemis.  The surgery went well, but she is still getting around rather slowing.

The one that gets me the most is the wrinkles adding character. My finacee is 40, I am 27, and people say "we look around the same age" dammit! Not that I think I am old (though I know I am not 'young' either) but why can't he look his age! Men age soooo diferently. Men look great at any age to me and its no wonder..!

your age is young.....................young and old isn't an age.................it is how you feel and think, but if you feel old then you are old.
