Hi everyone,

Was wondering if any nurses out there that are in telemetry can give me any advice on how it is to work on a tele unit. I have worked med surg for 6 years and I am ready for a change and I have a opportunity to try  tele. Tell me what u like and dont like about it. I also may have a dialysis position available so please give me some info about that too. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks you guys!!!
