I recently updated my resume on monster and recieved a call from a prospective employer. I was denied a position with this employer because I did not have exp. with workers comp. insurance. My question is how are we suppose to get exp. in a peticular field if no one Is willing to give us a chance and train us. Like most hospitals in the area I live in won't hire An lpn without a years previous exp. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am looking to get into a new field in nursing but need to get experince in med. billing and coding and workers comp insurance.
