Posted over 2 years ago 'Tis the season for scary flicks... What are some of your favorites? My first choice would have to be 'The Exorcist: Directors Cut' - the original theatrical release is great but when they re-released it with the added footage, especially of the backwards spider walk down those stairs, now that was some creepy stuff! I still watch it with my hands over my eyes and peek through once I "man up." Other favorites of mine would have to be the Spanish Film 'REC' which it's English remake counterpart, "Quarantine" didn't hold a candle to. "Ju-On" is another... It's American version is "The Grudge." "American Werewolf in London" was one as a kid that freaked me out, those dream sequences are ca-razay!

| Posted over 1 year ago Has to be without a doubt " THE EXORCIST"!!!!!!!!!!!!! The theme music "TUBULAR BELLS" is the clincher-I can't think straight when I hear that!!!!!!!! Can't see Linda Blair in anything now without thinking of her head spinning!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just love Max Von Sydow as Father Lancaster Merrian and Jason Miller as Damian Karras-this film will live in infamy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
