I know this might open a can of worms. I was hired for a part time position two weeks  ago. I was just offerd a full time management position. I accepted the full time positon.  Now I need to give notice to the part time job. I feel horrible about the part time job, however, i need benefits etc.  I hae had former employers that laid me off with out notice and they felt no guilt.  What is your advice on this matter.
