Planing on moving from the East coast to the West coast soon. Which are the better paying vs nurse patient ratio hospitals in Arizona?

Ok, humor here..........Arizona, unless California has had a recent earthquake isn't on the coast. Many of my nurse candidates love the hospitals in Phoenix. The pay is quite good, and the nurse patient ratio is fair. Although from what some of my client hospitals have said, because of California, they too are trying to staff with the same ratio, they just need nurses.

The best places to work in Arizona are the John C. Lincoln facilities and the Catholic Healthcare West facilities. They are magnet hospitals with low nurse to pt ratios. If you work at an Abrazo or an Iasis facility the ratio is not favored and they lack the ancillary dept, thus making the nurse work harder. Just a heads up.
