ok so here is the problem that i am facing...

   i work for a SNF that is corporate run. I have been working with one facility for over a year and a half as an stna i started working at the same facility as an LPN prn then was offered pt.  another one of our facilities had a ft position open that i interviewed for and was offered the job...my facility denied my transfer bc they wanted to try to offer me the hours there.  so they told the other fac. that i wouldnt be transferring so the other fac told them well we would love to have her if that doesnt workout the position is still hers...heres the kicker they filled the position and i just saw my schedule for next month and is it ft no not at all it is 32 one week and 12 the next which still doesnt help me any...so i could have been working already ft with benefits but instead im stuck at pt. ugh!!!  im sorry to vent i just need to get it out. so im searching for ft job else where but it either way it stinks
