Somethings wrong with this picture. Are you a bad test taker? How did you do in school? Do you have a NCLEX study book?

If you are able to answer the questions in the book you should be able to pass the test. You know that when answering the test question that usually you can exclude two of the ansers right away. so even if you don't have a clue you still have a 50/50 chance of getting it right. Odds are you will guess right 50% of the time. Try to stay calm. If you start freaking out you won't be able to think. Also antidepressents, pain meds and probably some others interfere with your thinking so don't take anything! And Good Luck!

Don't be discouraged I encounter many students who need to retake NCLEX. You must make sure you have a great understanding of the core content and nursing concepts. You will need to be apply those things to the difficult questions, students get deceived thinking that if they do NCLEX style questions they will be fine but that is not true. The questions that are out there are nothing like the actual NCLEX so most students get discouraged very quickly and it causes them to not do well.
