With nurses and nurses aides being one of the highest risk groups for work place injuries specifically back trauma, should the wearing of lower back support be encouraged in addition to proper diet and exercise?


Would love to get some responses for a research paper thanks!

Most institutions actually have policies in place now about using lift equipment. My understanding using lift equipment is required, and not suggested. So, if you are using the proper equipment for patient turns and lifts, you should not need to wear all the supportive equipment.
