Hi My name is Emelyn. Im a new member of nursing link.

It's been a year since i passed my RN-NCLEX board exam and until now i haven't got the luck yet.

I graduated overseas and took my RN board here in California so I don't know if that's the reason why they are not considering me.

Im applying jobs online everyday and sometimes i has to walk-in at the facility to show my interest but employer are very reluctant because of my lack of experience. 8 positions for the RN-NEW GRAD training program over 1500 or more applicants. I revised my resume twice already.

What am I supposed to do? Im losing my hope!

I think I answered this in another post by you on the site. I would also see if there is a clinic where you can do some volunteer work in the mean time. You will gain experience, and be able to add this to your resume.

 Oh thank you Ma'am!

I'm hoping that i will meet somebody in here that can probably help me to hook-up a job .

Jobs is like political. Like they said, It's not what you know, but whom you know!
