I am new to nursinglink, and I had a question about returning to the field. I moved to the Seattle/Tacoma area where my husband is employed. i have found it very difficult to get into nursing here. We decided that I would stay at home once our daughter was born. She will be a year old soon, and now I want to get back to work. I haven't been employed in almost 3 years, and I am looking for suggestions where to begin. Before I moved here, I was a pediatric RN with 4 years of experience, and before that I had almost 2 years of med/surg experience. I am looking for a little direction, because I realize that there are so many facets to this field. Anything advice would be much appreciated....
