Posted over 1 year ago Numerous,healthcare corporations over the past few years apparently have opted to utilize,"The Essay Mode", when conducting RN / LPN interviews, **( Pre-printed,multi-page questionaire,accentuating on retrieving,"detailed accounts,re:candidate's previous employers".) When I had question:"Is this invading the patient's rights to privacy?",I receive:"We prefer specific answers to these questions". Does it seem that they're interested in,"trash,shop talk", more than the potential applicant? Any thoughts? |
