Numerous,healthcare corporations over the past few years apparently have opted to utilize,"The Essay Mode", when conducting


RN / LPN interviews,


**( Pre-printed,multi-page questionaire,accentuating on retrieving,"detailed accounts,re:candidate's previous employers".)


When I had question:"Is this invading the patient's rights to privacy?",I receive:"We prefer specific answers to these questions".


Does it seem that they're interested in,"trash,shop talk", more than the potential applicant? Any thoughts?

To me, it seems like more questions to answer, less time and interest on the actual interview on the part of the facility.. Teresa
