Posted over 2 years ago The hospital I work in is planning to start having the staff nurses do chart audits. I have been asked to give a presentation regarding chart audits at our next departmental staff meeting. I would love to know how many of you either currently or in the past have included chart audits in your daily, weekly or monthly responsibilities. I would love some feedback! |

| Posted over 2 years ago I have in the passed done chart audits. It isn't a daily thing. It's been a while actually. It's hard to be given that duty, while caring for patients. I think when you do an audit, you should be free of other duties. Joyce Harrell, RN, OCN
