I came across an article today in #RNChat on Twitter about outstanding patient care, and 4 hospitals were at the top of the list. The 4 essential traits of these hospitals, according to the NDNQI, are:

• Nurses must be actively involved

• Quality outcomes should be visitble

• Support evidence-based practive

• Promote autonomy and accountabliity.

I wanted to know if anyone's hospital or workplace did a good job of promoting these initiatives? Are there any others that you can think of, or any on the list that you might disagree with? I thought it was worth talking about and congrats to the hospitals that made it on the list!
