I got a tattoo in June 2010. My first and most likely my last. My tattoo reflects my personality, but I've had problems with it. It's on the inside of my right ankle. It is a peace sign with yellow, blue, green, orange, red, and purple. And yes, I realize now that more people have reactions to red based colors than other colors. Please do not tell me this again. That fact has already been taken into consideration. I took care of it like I was supposed to. I took really good care of my tattoo actually. Last summer I developed a rash on the red, purple, and orange parts and it hasn't really gone away. It has been more subdued in the colder winter months, but I live in the good ole Sunshine State and we're in the 70's right now no I've been laying out. I laid out this past weekend and my rash came on again. I've been keeping the clear Caladryl on my tattoo and it seems to be helping little by little. Has anyone else had a similar situation and know what to do? I can't afford a dermatologist, so home remedies would be the best! Thank you!!
