Hi eveyone!  I've been gone for two years but I know that I can come back and ask you all for advice.  Her's my thing.  I'vebeen working for an agency for three years and really want this new job that I've nterviewed for.  I have two letters of reference.  They would like a third, this was all part of the interview process, " instead of having to make a bunch of phone calls, just forward the letters to human resources".  I NEED this job.  I NEED benefits.  Here's the problem, my current employer is a nursing agency.  I booked a school field trip back in December to DC in April.  How do I get a refernce/reccomendation form them?  Further, if I explain my sitauation, and tell the agency I'll honor the commitment and the new employer ( assuming I get the job) of the previous commitment,what's to keep them from giving my assignments 200 miles away unitl I refuse three in a row and get fired? Please help
