Hey! I heard that they will change the test again this April. I just got my ATT to take the NCLEX PN, but I'm trying to review Sauders. So you mean to say this is not the book that I have to study? I'm scared and not ready for this. I'm so caught up with work that I don't even have time to study. And whenever I tried to study nothing's going into my mind.

Can you spend 5 minutes perday reviewing something? Just 5?

Hi Crybabhie, Please dont let that old post frighten you.  I fell into a weird time frame where I didnt take the test until 10 months after I graduated.  I didnt know the test had just changed two weeks before i was scheduled to take it and I was unprepared for the differences in the style of the questions.  I didnt even know it had changed and couldnt understand why the style of the questions were so different from Saunders prep.  Im sure the newer Saunders was out before that year's class graduated and that those students were better prepared.  If I/we hadnt waited so long after graduating, I/we would have been fine.  It sounds like you are in the same boat I was.  All of our professors warned us to take it ASAP and i wish i had.  the point of that post was to let people know that this Learning Ext. resource was out there and that i'd heard it was up to date.  Saunders were great textbooks and a great prep book but the newer edition wasnt on the shelves yet.  kaplan was good though and helped me second time around.  I am going to delete that previous post so as not to unintentionally frighten anyone else.  Good luck and remember, the worst that can happen is you have to take it again, at which time you'll have a better idea of how to study.
