I have noted many co- workers, mostly assistants and  unit clerks, using the hospital computer for entertainment. They are also using cell phones for games... etc. They are all quite blatant about it. This is on afternoon shift.

Some assistants hide in patient rooms, either talking to the pleasant patients or watching TV with them. Of course, the rest of the staff has to pick up the slack for these people.

I am new to the facility, in a float position. Any ideas???
