Posted about 2 years ago I want to be a RN more than anything, but I am completely broke. I was told there once was a time when a hospital would put you through RN school in exchange for working for them for a set number of years. Does anyone know of a program like this anywhere in Ct? I live in central CT. This is very near and dear to my heart, so I would ask if somebody is going to leave a negative comment, please don't bother. I surely wish you the very best of luck and blessing on you becoming whatever your dream is.. I don't know about going through a hospital, I personally would check a teaching hospital.. However, reading your post. I cerainly understand that you don't want any negative feedback. But I assure you that you won't find any negativtey on this site. | Posted about 2 years ago Hi Ilarass! 'I know many of the hospitals in my area of NC have a work scholarship program. My daughter applied, and got help throughout her nursing program. You just need to contact all the hospitals in your area to see what is available. I really wish you well with your journey. It seems you really want this! And, agreeing with Teresa, this is a safe zone. I am the moderator here, and we try and be very supportive of everyone here.
