I have been looking for posts in regards to Nurse Entrepreneurs out there. Unless my search was unsuccessful I see a few, but over 1 -2 yrs ago. I would have thought this to be its own category on the list???

I was just curious as to the different things people are doing in their businesses. My husband and I are in the works of starting a nursing registry. I am also in the process of furthering my nursing career. I am very interested in the holistic path. I have been doing some research on that as well. I am always looking to further my knowledge. For example, I am an LVN but before I graduated I took as many cert. classes as possible to expand what I was learning in school. I have my BLS, ACLS, IV Cert., EKG/Pharmacology, and PALS. Right now I am still working for 2 registries and a Home health Hospice co.  

Thanks! Appreciate the kind words. I love this area of nursing. Of course, I am still a nurse working for someone else. However, I am developing a business on the side as a holistic nurse and every new experience prepares me for the next step!
