i have been struggling with quitting for the past three years- i started smoking when i was 13. i wish i never would have- as much as i enjoy lightin one up- i hate it at the same time, they are expensive, smell bad, turns things colors, makes me look older than i really am, and it stinks, it makes me more prone to brnchitis( i get at least 3 times a year) and uri's. i was perscribed chantix, and due to its high dollar amount i cannot afford it yet, so i tried to commit, i tried nicorette, i tried nicoderm cq, and still no success. i am about to enroll in a program like for people who are chronic smokers. and its a support system. but i am ready to stop i just cannot, and the information you proved made me think- thanks..

p.s.
i found this out on my own. In cigarrette packs, they have a slip of paper baout quitting, and it has a website on it- i have been to that website x 5 to request one of those pakets to helping me quit,, and you know what... i have never recieved on ecopy of that packet- ansd also they send me coupons now...lol... yeah way to go phillip morris and marlboro....weirdos...i need help...

I appluab any one that is able to stop smoking. People that have surgery and all of us will at some time in our life. They have such a hard time trying to breath. So one of the benifits is you can breath.

good luck
