Posted about 2 years ago I've been working as a Home Health nurse for the past 4 years. Working as a Clinical Mgr has it's rewards like any other job but it is very overwhelming with paperwork and don't give you enough time to spend with family. The turn around time is 24 hours for paperwork. I would like to return to the hospital setting but most want recent experience and it's been 6 years for me. I would like a position with an insurance company where I can work from home, be a school nurse or return to the hospital. If anyone has any suggestion or know of any position other than HH please advise. Thanks in advise, Tammy |

| Posted about 2 years ago Knowing you are ready for a change is 1/2 the battle. Have you tried looking at the site connected with Nursing link? Monster.com? This is a great place to start, and you can even upload your resume. You can do searches for things like nurse, registered nurse, or LVN and then get more specific into the specialty you want to limit it to. Try this and see if you find anything. I don't live in a populated area to work with an insurance company from from, but I see those listed all the time. Look for telecommute nurse,.,.,. Joyce Harrell, RN, OCN
