Sounds like a difficult situation to be in. Usually what is done when you disagree with a write up or a situation is to follow the correct chain of command until you are satisfied with the outcome. However, keep in mind that when you do something like this, it may not always turn out like you would like.

I think technically, this is a very touch subject, and not that I want to avoid giving you an answer, but on somthing like this, I don't feel comfortable giving any type of advice on this matter. Maybe someone else has other ideas, but this is all I feel comfortable saying.
