Hello everyone  I took the NCLEX 20 years ago and failed.  I was young and pregnant so I never took the exam again.  I would like to finish what I started and try to take the examine again.  Is it too late? What do I need to do to get the ball started??  I don't even know if I can get the necessary papers together to submit to the board.  I think the school I graduated from still exist but its under an other name....help! 

 Unless you live in another city. Call or write them find out what to do. You may need to take a Refresher Class prior to Retaking the Boards. and also back then we were doing #2 pencil/paper now its computer I am hearing. I am not trying to scare you. perhaps,if you need  some help with computer skills then do night school at your community school. Oh and another thing remember what name you went under as well you may need to show any proof if you need  to obtain your transcripts for any reason? Good Luck, Been there in terms of Not passing Boards several times prior to then obtaining my LPN (Say You could do that as well 1st it will give you confidence-did me then I went back passed RN)! Now thats an Idea?
