Hello,

I am a new LPN grad and just went on my first interview to a LTC facility. It was a very strange interview. Lets start off by saying that from the time the DON first emailed me to tell me he would like to interview with me, he forgot to tell me the address to the facility, which I thought was odd. I had to wind up asking him for the address. Then when I finally met with him, he hardly asked any question about me, nor did he introduce me to other staff member, never got a tour of the facility, then he just cut the interview short and said well if theres nothing else...so before he was about to end the interview I remembered to ask what shifts were available. I dont understand how you dont even ask what shift you are looking to fill. But at the very end he asked me for three references. I thought it was a completely weird interview. I wanted to see your take on it . If any one has opionions or advice I would greatly appreciate it.

PS: Dont want to forget to mention he kept getting interupted in the interview by phones calls and knocks on the door
