Posted over 1 year ago I am currently in Cleveland Ohio and I am considering a move to Charlotte North Carolina Area. I am wondering if anybody has any input or advise... Pro's or Con's? I am sick of Cleveland Winters and want to move south... I would like to go further south, but my husband does not want to go to Florida :( My husband and I are both in the medical field, I am an LPN going back to school for my RN starting January. My husband is in school for LPN currently, but will also continue to go for his RN. We have 4 girls so school and children friendly is also a big decision factor in where we end up moving to... Any input and advise will be greatly appreciated Thank you |

| Posted over 1 year ago Well, the Carolina's are great, Im partial to Tennessee. If the husband person would do it, Id move us to Nashville, myself. A couple of questions: do you have a job lined up? Also, in Tennessee I could really recomend a couple of places in Chattanooga as well. Im such a sucker for the Vols.....The state football team. Not everybody loves wearing dayglo orange like me. So you have kids.......big thing to consider: Where you gonna live? I also know East Ridge outside of Chattanooga as well, my kids went to school there when before they were in puberty. Email me if you need help. I know how it feels when you feel trapped by weather, and stuff like that. Hey, another thing..........Tennessee has a wonderful RN program in Knoxville. Im sorta jealous of you, gal. I have alot of relative who live and work in the Knoxville area. My husband just lost a cousin when a lung transplant didnt pan out. A 42 yr old with cystic fibrocis <sp>.....sad, huh? Good luck. ...........Angie |

| Posted over 1 year ago I live in NC, and have been a traveling Nurse Educator, and Charlotte is part of my area. It's a GREAT place to be! Close to the mountains, and a few hours from the beach. I have also been traveling to Tennessee this year with my job! Love it! Joyce Harrell, RN, OCN
