If you have taken the HESI, There is a section to review (and a link to view-) the subject matter you missed (but not the exact test questions).It is under "REACH Testing and Remediation. Click on "My Exams and Remediation." From there click on the test that you took. From there, click on Specialty Exams and Review Materials. Once there, You will notice on the left-side there will be a list of topics that the test contained. If these topics are hyperinked, Click those and it gives you an idea of what you missed.

Since you mentioned you utilize Saunders, you can select the subject matter that you missed and practice questions from that. Also, if yu have registered your Nursing books with Evolve (should be located on your student homepage under "resources), you can take the practice questions from individual subject chapters from that as well. Another good resource id the Pearson NCLEX Study Guide. I have just graduated, and am studying from that (since Pearson develops the NCLEX Exam). Good luck!
