I just had a quick question regarding the process of sending my documents. I graduated this year and plan to leave next month. i turned in my "request for transcript form" and my "Breakdown of education form" I receive my papers with a dry sealed envelope. My question now is, since it is dry sealed. Can i just send it in when i get to the  US or do i have to send it from the PH? i wanted to send my papers that i got from school after i send my application in.
