I have been a nurse for 9 yrs now. I have found that nursing is a hard profession. U work like a dog in these hospital or community settings. I have worked so hard that now I have problems with my legs and back. Currently I am unemployed. I have put in applications everywhere with no call back or if they do call back they will say  "we went with another canidate".  So this is how I was blacj bald from this one company. Around 15 yrs ago I worked as an aide at Wickliffe country place, during that time me and a couple others attempted to bring in a union it was unsuccessful. I was terminated after that but recieved unemployment.  One day I decided to fill out an application at Grande Pointe, I notice one of the nuses there but really coulnot put my finger on how i knew her.  When I got home I remember it was from Wickliffe country place.  So this is what they did. they called me in to see if i was that person So I got ino the inyerview ,the interviewer had my resme with  my list of nursing job i  the last 8-9 yrs. Then all of a sudden the interviewer asked me what was it like working at wickliffe. Mind u that thet job was not on listed my resume.I never heard from then after that.. I am still looking for a job
