x  Nursing transcripts sent directly from your nursing school to the Board

With regards to the (copy of nursing license) i dont have it beacause i tool the local board just after my gradutaion and i failed and so decided not to take it anymore since i chose to work because im the only child and i need to work for my family needs.

Hiya Mitch,

1st of all, I want to thank you for this information.. there are so many nurses, that request what exactly is needed.. I'm not sure, but I don't think that the instructions were ever written out..

2nd, I really don't know exactly what to do, so I'm hoping that other nurses will reply on this matter..My thought if you also have this information needed, why don't you just write the letter to the BON, like you wrote here.. Or,contact the CBON, and ask them what exactly you need to do.. Then you will know for sure one way or another..

Bext wishes to you and God Bless you...Please keep us posted...

Hi.  I looked over your request and you have to accept that the Board of Nursing is the final authority in each state for nursing licenses.

If the Board of Nursing sends you a list of requirements, they are just that, requirements.  Any variation from the requirements would require a waiver from the Board (if the state's Nurse Practice Act allows for waivers).

Sorry that I could not be of more help, but the Board of Nursing is the final authority in these matters.

Dr. Tom
