I really do not believe the question has to do with affirmitive action or company diversity. I believe this is away of weeding out the black nurse population. I'm tempted not to say or lie because I feel they won't hire you in management position because your black. This is a touchy situation but living in Ohio it is very hard because the hospitals tend to hire or choose  those of another color except black
