How to prioritize and manage time as a nurse

Posted over 1 year ago I am currently an RN in a highly respected pediatric clinic. The problem is that I went straight into this out of school. I love the job! The problem is the lack of experience and confidence. I feel unorganized with the hectic chaos and decision making required throughout the day. Any suggestions to make my day, the doctors day, and the clinic run smoothly? Also,my doctor has 2 nurses so we have to work close and work well. |
